At 18 East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
